Stick Store – Cancellation Policy

At Stick Store, we understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility while maintaining the integrity of our production process. Please review our cancellation terms carefully:

1. Cancellation Time Frame

• For customized orders, cancellations are allowed within 4 hours after order confirmation.
• For non-customized orders, cancellations are allowed within 10 hours after order confirmation.
• Once an item has been shipped, no cancellations are allowed under any circumstances.

2. Customized Orders

• Customized or personalized orders can only be canceled within 4 hours of order confirmation.

3. Cancellation Fees

• There are no cancellation fees.

4. Notification Process

• To cancel an order, customers must contact us via email or WhatsApp support.
• Customers must provide a valid order ID, email address, and a reason for cancellation.

5. Refunds for Cancellations

• Refunds for cancellations will be processed to the original payment method or as Stick Store wallet credit.
• Prepaid orders will be refunded within 3-7 business days after a successful cancellation.

6. Shipping Stage

• No orders can be canceled once they have been shipped.

7. Changes to Orders

• Customers are allowed to make changes to an order (such as switching sizes or colors) as long as the request is made within the respective time frame:
  • For customized orders, changes can be requested within 4 hours of order confirmation.
  • For non-customized orders, changes can be requested within 10 hours of order confirmation.
• Changes must be for items of the same value or higher.
