2. Upon Receiving a DMCA Takedown Notice

Upon receiving your valid DMCA Takedown Notice, Stick Store will:

2. Notify the party responsible for the alleged infringing material that a takedown notice has been received.
3. Terminate repeat offenders’ access to the website, in appropriate circumstances.

3. Repeat Infringers

Stick Store may, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

4. Modifications to Policy
