Stick Store – Return and Refund Policy

At Stick Store, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, please review our Return and Refund policy carefully:

1. Eligible Products

  • All products, whether customized or not, are non-returnable and non-refundable. (Conditions applied.)
  • Only items that are damaged during transit or have a manufacturing defect are eligible for return or refund.
  • For such claims, customers must provide unboxing video proof clearly showing the issue.

2. Time Frame for Returns & Refund Claims

  • Customers must contact our support team via email or WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving the product to initiate a return or refund claim.
  • The claim window starts from the date and time of delivery.
  • Claims made after 48 hours or without valid proof will not be accepted.

3. Condition for Return

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories and tags to be eligible for a return.
  • Items damaged in transit, or apparel with incorrect size, color, or design (compared to the order), are eligible for returns.

4. Return & Refund Process

  • To initiate a return or refund, customers must submit a valid unboxing video showing the product being unpacked, with no cuts or edits.
  • The video must be shot in a well-lit area, with the shipping label and invoice clearly visible.
  • Without this unboxing video, Stick Store cannot process any returns or refunds.

5. Return Shipping

  • Stick Store will cover the return shipping costs for defective or damaged items.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs if no defect or damage is present.

6. Refund Process

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as Stick Store wallet credit.
  • Refunds are processed within 3-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

7. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are applicable only for non-customized apparel, and only if the error was on Stick Store’s part (wrong size, color, or design).
  • An unboxing video is required for exchanges.

8. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized products and items purchased during sales or special offers are non-returnable and non-refundable.

9. Product Issues

  • All return/refund claims must be accompanied by a clear unboxing video that captures the issue, shipping label, and invoice in a well-lit area.
  • No return or refund is allowed for reasons such as a change of mind.
