Stick Store – Shipping Policy
At Stick Store, we strive to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are the details of our shipping process.
1. Delivery Timeframes
- Once your order is confirmed, it will be shipped within 24-48 hours.
- Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, but our typical delivery time is between 3-7 business days for most regions in India.
- Please Note: During peak sale periods, shipping times may be delayed due to increased order volumes.
2. Shipping Costs
- For Prepaid Orders: We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹200.
- For COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders:
- A ₹100 handling charge will be applied to COD orders.These charges cover the additional handling fees charged by our courier partners.
- No Free shipping is provided for COD orders
3. Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to three times. If delivery is unsuccessful after the third attempt, the product will be returned to us.
- In such cases, a refund will be credited to your Stick Store wallet or your original payment method. The store credit can be redeemed on your next purchase.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email or WhatsApp so you can monitor its progress or can track your order on https://stickstore.in/order-tracking/
5. Delivery Issues
- If your order does not get delivered, please contact us immediately. In cases where the product is lost in transit, we will either arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
6. Damaged in Transit
- If your order arrives damaged, please provide a valid unboxing video and we will initiate a return or refund as per our Return and Refund Policy.
