Our products include stickers, custom stickers, mouse pads, posters, keychains, mugs, magic mugs, apparel, and other personalized merchandise.

Our core product category is stickers, while mouse pads are an important growth category.

2. Acceptance of Terms

• You agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
• The information you provide to us is accurate and complete.
• You are legally capable of entering into a transaction under applicable law.

If you are placing an order on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

If an order has been placed at an incorrect price due to a technical or human error, STICK STORE may contact the customer before processing the order to confirm whether the order should proceed at the corrected price or be cancelled, as applicable.

8. Prepaid Payment Discount

STICK STORE currently offers a 5% discount on eligible prepaid online orders.

• No coupon code is required.
• The discount is automatically applied to eligible prepaid orders.
• The discount does not apply to products that are already on sale.

STICK STORE reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotional offers in accordance with applicable terms.

9. Payment Methods

Available payment methods may include prepaid online payment methods and Cash on Delivery (COD), subject to product, location, and serviceability restrictions.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be processed where prepaid payment is required.

For customized orders, the full payable amount must be paid before the order is considered confirmed.

10. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD may be available for eligible orders and serviceable locations.

COD orders may have additional shipping charges depending on factors such as:

• Delivery destination.
• Courier partner.
• Serviceability.
• Order details.

The free-shipping threshold applicable to prepaid orders does not automatically apply to COD orders.

STICK STORE does not take a share of shipping charges paid by customers.

11. Orders

Placing an order on the website constitutes a request to purchase the selected products.

An order is subject to acceptance, availability, payment confirmation, and successful processing by STICK STORE.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order in circumstances including, but not limited to:

12. Order Processing

Standard order processing time is approximately:

During sale events, flash sales, promotional campaigns, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing time may increase up to:

5 business days

Processing time is separate from the actual courier delivery time.

13. Shipping & Delivery

STICK STORE currently ships across India, subject to courier serviceability.

Courier partners may include:

• Delhivery
• Blue Dart
• XpressBees
• DHL
• ATS
• India Post
• Other available courier partners

The courier partner may vary depending on the destination and operational availability.

STICK STORE generally works with courier partners that attempt delivery up to 3 times.

14. Free Shipping

STICK STORE currently offers free shipping on eligible prepaid orders of ₹299 or above.

The ₹299 free-shipping threshold applies only to eligible prepaid orders.

COD orders may still attract shipping charges even when the order value is ₹299 or above.

15. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped:

Cancellation is not possible.

If a customer refuses delivery after dispatch and the shipment is returned to STICK STORE, the shipment may be treated as a Return to Origin (RTO).

16. Customized & Made-to-Order Products

Customized and made-to-order products are prepared specifically according to the customer's requirements.

A customized order is considered confirmed only after the full payable amount has been paid.

Once payment has been made and the customization or production process has started:

The order cannot be cancelled.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, specifications, text, artwork, images, and other details required for customization.

17. Customer-Provided Designs

Where a customer provides artwork or a final design for customization, the customer is responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights, permissions, and authorization to use the submitted material.

By submitting artwork, images, logos, text, or other content for customization, you confirm that you have the necessary rights to provide that content for the requested purpose.

STICK STORE may refuse to process a customization request if the submitted material appears to violate applicable laws, third-party rights, intellectual property rights, or our policies.

18. Custom Sticker Free Customization

STICK STORE may offer customization without additional customization charges when:

• The requested sticker is within 3 × 3 inches.
• The customer provides the final design themselves.
• No design creation, editing, modification, or other design work is required from STICK STORE.

Free customization does not mean that all forms of custom design work are free.

19. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by the STICK STORE Return & Refund Policy.

Generally, refunds or replacements may be considered for eligible cases such as:

• Wrong product delivered.
• Defective product delivered.
• Product damaged during delivery.

Returns or refunds are not available for change of mind, personal preference, or simply no longer wanting the product.

A proper unboxing video is mandatory for claims involving wrong, defective, or damaged products.

Claims must generally be submitted within 72 hours of delivery.

20. Sale & Flash Sale Products

Products purchased during Sale Events or Flash Sales are subject to the terms displayed for the relevant promotion.

Sale and Flash Sale products are not eligible for replacement, subject to applicable consumer rights and any specific commitment expressly made by STICK STORE for the relevant order.

21. Refunds

Where a refund is approved, refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after initiation.

For eligible prepaid orders, refunds may be issued to the original payment method or as SS Coins in the STICK STORE Wallet, subject to applicable terms.

For eligible COD orders, refunds are issued as SS Coins in the STICK STORE Wallet, subject to applicable terms.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If an order is returned to STICK STORE through RTO and a refund is applicable, a ₹100 RTO/refund fee may be deducted.

22. Customer Accounts

Where account registration is available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities carried out through your account.

You should immediately notify STICK STORE if you believe that your account credentials have been compromised or used without authorization.

STICK STORE may suspend or restrict an account where there is reasonable concern regarding fraud, misuse, security, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

23. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content available on stickstore.in, including but not limited to:

• Brand name and branding.
• Logos.
• Product images.
• Graphics.
• Text.
• Product descriptions.
• Website design elements.
• Original marketing content.
• Other website materials.

is owned by, licensed to, or otherwise made available to STICK STORE.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, republish, sell, or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission from STICK STORE or the applicable rights holder.

24. Customer Content & Uploaded Materials

If you submit content to STICK STORE for customization, including images, artwork, logos, text, photographs, or other materials, you remain responsible for the content you submit and the rights associated with it.

You must not submit content that:

• Infringes another person's intellectual property rights.
• Violates applicable laws.
• Contains unlawful or fraudulent material.
• Infringes privacy or other third-party rights.
• We reasonably believe should not be processed.

STICK STORE reserves the right to refuse or cancel customization requests involving prohibited, unlawful, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate content.

25. Product Reviews & User-Generated Content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, testimonial, or other content to STICK STORE, you are responsible for ensuring that the content is accurate and that you have the necessary rights to submit it.

STICK STORE may moderate, remove, decline to publish, or restrict content that violates applicable policies or is unlawful, misleading, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate.

Promotional offers, discounts, sale events, flash sales, and other campaigns may be subject to additional terms.
